Choosing batteries for your fatbike
The battery is the power source for your fatbike: it determines how far you can go, how much power you have when riding uphill and how reliable the bike is on cold days.
Common signs: range that drops quickly, bike that suddenly cuts out when accelerating or in the cold, bike that won't turn on even though the battery has just been charged.
What to look for before ordering
Compare voltage (36V or 48V), capacity in Ah, connector type and where the battery is located (in the frame or under the seat). The suitable models are listed in the title of each product; if you are unsure, message us via WhatsApp.
Tip: Not using the bike for a few weeks? Store the battery at 40-80% charge, in a dry and frost-free place.

Frequently asked questions
How long does a fatbike battery last?
With normal use, a lithium battery maintains a good capacity for about 500 to 800 charge cycles, so for a number of years. Heat, frost and leaving it empty for long periods shorten its lifespan.
Can I use a battery with more Ah on the fatbike?
Yes, as long as the voltage, connector and dimensions are exactly the same: more Ah means a greater range. A different voltage can damage the controller and display.

You can pick it up for free at our store in The Hague (Calandkade 44-45) or Zoetermeer (Philipsstraat 3B). You have a 14-day cooling-off period and a statutory warranty on new products. Payment can be made using iDEAL, in3 and other methods.
