Choosing a charger for your fatbike
The right charger charges your battery safely and helps it last longer.
Common signs of a problem: the indicator light does not change color, the battery does not charge, or the plug or charger becomes very hot.
What to look for before ordering
Compare the output voltage (42V for a 36V battery, 54.6V for a 48V battery), the current in amperes, and the plug type (1-pin, 3-pin or XLR). The product titles list the compatible models; if you are unsure, message us via WhatsApp.
Tip: Always use a charger with the same voltage as your battery and unplug it as soon as the battery is fully charged.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use any charger for my fatbike?
No: the voltage and plug must match the battery. A 54.6V charger is for a 48V battery, while a 42V charger is for a 36V battery.
How long does it take to fully charge the battery?
This depends on the capacity and charging current: with a 2A charger, a 15Ah battery takes approximately 7-8 hours to charge. A fast charger is much quicker.

Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €8.95 (€18.95 for packages over 15 kg) and free from €125, including to Belgium and Germany. Prefer to pick up your order? You can collect it free of charge from our stores in The Hague (Calandkade 44-45) or Zoetermeer (Philipsstraat 3B). You have a 14-day cooling-off period and a statutory warranty on new products. Payment can be made using iDEAL, in3, and other methods.
