Estimated prices include VAT and assembly. Brake pads are included in every package. If we find something else that needs attention during the service, such as a worn chain or brake disc, we will discuss it with you first. We never do anything without consultation.

How the service works
- Choose Bronze, Gold, or Premium on book an appointment and optionally add individual repairs; you will see the total price immediately.
- Drop off your fatbike in the morning at Calandkade or schedule a repair at home.
- We inspect the bike according to your package and replace the brake pads.
- If we see extra wear, we will first notify you of the price.
- We take a test ride and check that the assistance works up to the legal 25 km/h.
- You will receive a message that your bike is ready.
Which package suits you?
Bronze is the basic package for those who mainly want to brake and ride safely: tires inflated, new brake pads, and all bolts checked. Handy if your bike is still fairly new or if you ride little.
Gold is the package that most customers choose. In addition to everything in Bronze, we adjust the derailleur and chain and perform a comprehensive system check. Especially with a fatbike with gears, you will notice the difference: smoother shifting and less wear on the chain and cassette.
Premium is for those who want their bike to look neat again. After the Gold treatment, your fatbike gets a deep clean and we spray rust spots matte black. A good choice for bikes that stand outside a lot or often ride along the coast.
Maintenance between services
With a few habits, you keep your fatbike in good condition longer. Regularly check your tire pressure: a fatbike rides on low pressure, but tires that are too soft wear out faster and cost battery capacity. Lubricate the chain after rain or after a ride through sand and wipe off excess grease. Rinse off salt and sand with fresh water and do not use a high-pressure cleaner, because water can then get into plugs and bearings. If you ride daily, schedule a service at least twice a year, for example in the spring and before winter.

You have your service with us in our workshop in The Hague. You can find our workshop and store at Calandkade 44-45, 2521 AA The Hague. We are open from Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00-18:00; Monday and Sunday we are closed. Can't stop by? Home repair is also possible, excluding call-out fees. Our second store is in Zoetermeer, Philipsstraat 3B (Mon-Sat 10-18).

How much does a fatbike service cost?
With us in The Hague, Bronze costs €55, Gold €85, and Premium €125, estimated price including VAT and assembly. New brake pads are included in every package.
What is the difference between Gold and Premium?
Premium includes everything in Gold, plus a deep clean of your bike and the matte black spraying of rust spots. Technically, your bike gets the same adjustment and system check in both.
How often does a fatbike need maintenance?
If you ride daily, we recommend a service at least twice a year, for example in the spring and before winter. If you notice complaints earlier, such as bad brakes or noise, do not wait.
How long does a service take?
If you drop off your bike in the morning, it is usually ready the same day. If extra work is needed with a part that is not in stock, you will hear that beforehand.
Is a service the same as a winter check?
No. The winter check (€9.95) is a short check of half an hour with a list of recommended repairs. During a service, we also replace parts, such as the brake pads, and adjust the bike.
Can I add individual repairs to my service?
Yes. On the appointment page, in addition to your package, you can also choose individual repairs, such as a new chain (€35) or inner tube (€60), and you will see the total price immediately.
