Which version V20 do you have?
There are several versions of the V20. This is important when ordering parts:
- 2022-2024: red motor plug, controller under the battery.
- 2024-2025: red plug, controller under the seat (short taillight cable).
- Newest version: black motor cable.
- The old V20 (2022-2023) charges with a 1-pin charger, the V20 from 2024-2025 with a 3-pin charger.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between Basic, Special and Premium?
Basic is the bike with charger. Special also has a rear seat, alarm, ART-3 lock, phone bag and footrests. Premium has everything from Special plus a Loqater GPS tracker and a throttle (walking assistance up to 6 km/h).
Which V20 has the greatest range?
The V20 Cross, with a 48V 22Ah battery and a range up to approximately 120 km. The V20 Pro reaches approx. 45-65 km.
Can I test drive first?
Yes, in our stores in The Hague and Zoetermeer. Plan a test drive.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes, with in3 you pay in 3 installments. You can also pay with iDEAL or Klarna.
How fast is the V20 allowed?
