What to look for when buying a fatbike?
- Battery: the greater the capacity (Ah), the further you can go. A higher capacity is ideal for daily commuting.
- Brakes: hydraulic disc brakes provide more powerful braking and require less effort than mechanical brakes.
- Legal requirements: maximum 250W and assistance up to 25 km/h, with a throttle only up to 6 km/h. In these cases, no registration is required.
- Service: choose a retailer with its own workshop and spare parts in stock.
