RSE controller: what to look for before ordering
The controller is the electronic brain of your fatbike: it drives the motor and communicates with the display, the lighting, the brakes, and the pedal sensor. RSE fatbikes, including the Family model, are available in 500W and 750W versions.
Common signs that something is wrong: motor doesn't pull, error codes on the display, assistance that jerks, lights on but motor does nothing.
What to look for before ordering
Compare maximum current (for example 15A, 21A or 25A), color and type of the motor connector, cable lengths and mounting location. Choose the motor, controller and internal components based on the power of your RSE. Not sure? Send a photo via WhatsApp, then our specialists will check if the part fits.
Tip: Take a photo of all connectors before disconnecting the old controller: then you can connect the new one much more easily.

How do I know if the RSE controller is broken?
If the battery, brake sensors and cables are in order, but the motor does nothing or you see error codes? Then the controller is often the cause.
Does the color of the motor connector matter?
Yes. Many models were supplied with a red or black motor connector: the controller and motor must have the same connector.
