Ouxi C80 Treadmill Support Does Not Work

The display works, the throttle maybe too, but when you pedal you get no assistance. In most cases, it is due to the pedal sensor or a sensor that blocks the assistance. Below you can read what you can check for each cause on your Ouxi C80, and which part you need.

Assistance level at 0

Sounds simple, but first check if the assistance on the display is set higher than 0.

Pedal sensor or magnet ring

The pedal sensor measures whether you are pedaling. If the magnet ring is crooked, is dirty or the sensor is broken, you will get no assistance. The C80 uses the 3-pin Ouxi pedal sensor, the same as the V8 and H9. View pedal sensors for the Ouxi C80.

Pedal sensor cable

Brake sensor gives signal

Controller

If no single sensor works anymore, the controller may be defective. There are C80 controllers with a red and with a black motor connector (2024-2025). The C80 Pro has a new controller with a red connector. View controllers for the Ouxi C80.
